National Kidney Federation

The NKF (National Kidney Federation) supports the 3 million people with kidney disease. The NKF is a small but vital national charity and forty years old, and still unique in several regards. We are the only UK support organisation run by kidney patients for kidney patients; we provide the only national Helpline dedicated solely to renal patients, their families and carers; and are the UK’s largest producer and distributor of kidney related medical information leaflets.

NKF also campaigns tirelessly to persuade the government, the Department of Health and the NHS to provide improved treatments and the best possible patient experience for those with this very debilitating condition.
