Action on Hearing Loss join The Goodwill Partnership

Action on Hearing Loss, the UK’s leading charity helping people who are confronting tinnitus, deafness and hearing loss, join The Goodwill Partnership with immediate effect.

Hearing loss affects 11 million people in the UK. While unseen and largely unrecognised by society, for those affected is unceasing. Most people take their hearing for granted, but its loss can be devastating – cutting people off from their friends and family, affecting their health and wellbeing, education and employment. Action on Hearing Loss support people through providing vital care and support, offering outreach services, campaigning for change and funding research to help speed up the discovery of vital cures and treatments for hearing loss and tinnitus

Gifts in Wills are hugely important to Action on Hearing Loss, accounting for over two-thirds of their voluntary income and are vital in helping people struggling to cope with their hearing loss now and in the future. By joining The Goodwill Partnership, they can offer their supporters and volunteers a best practice, home visit, Will writing service with the option to leave a gift to the charity if desired although there is no obligation to do so.
