Reprieve join The Goodwill Partnership

Founded in 1999 by British human rights lawyer Clive Stafford Smith, Reprieve provides free legal and investigative support to some of the world’s most vulnerable people: those facing execution, and those victimised by states’ abusive counter-terror policies- rendition, torture, extrajudicial imprisonment, and extrajudicial killing. By pursuing justice for some of the most disenfranchised people in our society they protect the universality of human rights. To date they have saved over 550 people from death rows around the world, secured justice for 80 men detained in Guantanamo Bay and helped countless victims of state-sponsored assassinations secure justice.

By joining The Goodwill Partnership, Reprieve is able to offer a best practice Will-writing service to its supporters which allows them to leave a legacy if they desire, although there is no obligation to do so. The Goodwill Partnership will provide Reprieve with a report of legacy donations bequeathed, including monetary value of the donation (where permitted by the individual donors).
